ABSTRACT
This research focused on the perception of remuneration and its impact on withdrawal behaviors from the organization, by surveying the workers of the General Directorate of Revenues of Maniema in Kindu. Based on the set objectives, which were to identify the survey respondents' perception of their remuneration; determine the existence of withdrawal behaviors from the organization displayed by the respondents; verify the impact of the perception of remuneration on withdrawal behaviors from the organization; and highlight the influence of sociodemographic variables on the different dimensions studied (perception of remuneration and withdrawal behaviors); after the survey, the results revealed that the respondents have a positive perception of their remuneration, despite the worried appearance they display. However, they do exhibit withdrawal behaviors from the organization. Indeed, these behaviors have no connection with the respondents' perception of their remuneration. As for the sociodemographic variables, they do not influence the perception of remuneration, let alone withdrawal behaviors from the organization.
